ADULT RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

In Adult Residential Services, QLC provides 24/7 care for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in its group homes in Great Falls and Conrad, as well as daily services to adults in its Supported Living program. QLC’s Direct Support Professionals provide assistance with things such as medication administration, medical appointments, meal preparation, personal care, client shopping and coordination with other service providers. QLC’s Adult Residential Services are focused on empowering individuals to achieve as much independence as possible through skills development with their Direct Support Professionals. Supports are customized by each resident’s team to meet individual needs while focusing on personal well-being, health and skills acquisition.

At QLC, each resident works with their own team to establish needs, set goals and fulfill aspirations. We encourage individuals to be active participants in determining their supports in order to experience all that life has to offer.

SUPPORTS AVAILABLE

• Group Home Living—Residents in our group homes receive 24-hour support from Direct Support Professionals. QLC has homes available throughout Great Falls and Conrad. There currently is a waiting list and a case manager can help with options.
• Supported Living—QLC tailors supports to meet individual needs, allowing for more independent residents to experience living in their own home, while still receiving some supports from Direct Support Professionals.
• Transportation—All group home and supported living residents are assisted with travel to community activities, day programs and appointments.
