Montana Up Custom Apparel Design Company

Developed in 2017 by one of QLC’s Specialists and clients in our Conrad location, Montana Up has not only helped members of QLC’s residential and day programs find an exciting and new activity, but has also helped them develop business skills as employees. The clients work side by side with their Direct Support Professionals to cut transfers, apply them to shirts, totes, hoodies and sweatpants, process orders from the website and package items for delivery. They take great pride in producing quality goods and enjoy the experience of earning a paycheck. Montana Up designs were initially geared toward clothing for Direct Support Professionals at QLC, the staff who support children and adults with developmental disabilities in meeting their day-to-day needs. Montana Up has since been recognized by the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP), who invited Montana Up to their annual conference, where they were able to display and sell their clothing to disability support providers from across the country, sparking not only bulk orders but international sales as well. And the excitement doesn’t stop there. With the ability to produce designs with any logo, photo, or custom artwork, Montana Up has created a unique partnership with Special Olympics Montana as the sole producer and merchandiser for the commemorative clothing and totes sold at the Montana State Summer Games since their first collaboration in 2018.
