WAYS TO GIVE

The demand for our services is growing and although we receive funding in part under an agreement with the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Program, not all the needs of our individuals can be met through our contract with the State. Therefore, we must rely on private contributions, memorials, and other charitable gifts to enhance our basic services. Your support of our efforts and your financial contributions are greatly appreciated.

Contributions are tax-deductible as Quality Life Concepts is a public 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations will be used for services to people with disabilities such as group homes, wheelchairs, physical therapy, medical services, and independent living opportunities.

GIVING

Your tax-deductible gift to Quality Life Concepts will make an immediate impact on the quality of services provided to our clients. You can choose to support Quality Life Concepts as a whole or designate your donation to fund a specific purpose, program, or group home. Whether you choose to donate cash, food, property, or securities, your gift will make a real and meaningful difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities.

ANNUAL SUPPORT

Annual giving provides unrestricted support and is used where it is needed most. These gifts provide flexibility to meet the most pressing client and service needs and to work towards new opportunities in the care and services we offer.

HONOR LOVED ONES

Gifts in honor or memory of a loved one or friend benefit Quality Life Concepts and serve as a permanent reminder of the impact of the honorees. These gifts may be made by an individual donor or by a group, and may be designated to a specific fund or program. Honorees and families of these gifts will be notified of your generosity.

DESIGNATED OR RESTRICTED GIFTS

You can always indicate a specific purpose or program for your gifts, such as our “Client Assistance Program” or “Social Skills Group”. You can also gift your donation to one or more of our group homes. If you choose to make your contribution using our secure online giving form, please indicate your designation. If would like to send your gift in the form of a check, please indicate your designation on the check’s memo line.

Planned gifts offer a variety of benefits to you, as well as to Quality Life Concepts. They are not only a critical source of funds for individuals with disabilities, but they also provide you with the opportunity to define your legacy.
