The demand for our services is growing and although we receive funding in part under an agreement with the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Program, not all the needs of our individuals can be met through our contract with the State. Therefore, we must rely on private contributions, memorials and other charitable gifts to enhance our basic services. Your support of our efforts and your financial contributions are greatly appreciated.
Contributions are tax deductible as Quality Life Concepts is a public 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations will be used for services to people with disabilities such as: group homes, wheelchairs, physical therapy, medical services, early intervention, and independent living opportunities.
Your tax deductible gift to Quality Life Concepts will make an immediate impact on the quality of services provided to our clients in both children and adult services. Whether you choose to support Quality Life Concepts as a whole or support an individual project, your gift will make a real and meaningful impact in people’s lives. Below is a list of some ways that you can make a difference today.
Gifts of Cash, Gifts of Property, Gifts of Securities
Annual giving provides unrestricted support and is used where it is needed most. These gifts provide flexibility to meet the most pressing client and service needs and to work towards new opportunities in the care and services we offer.
Gifts in honor or memory of a loved one or friend benefit Quality Life Concepts and serve as a permanent reminder of the impact of the honorees. These gifts may be made by an individual donor or by a group, and may be designated to a specific fund or program. Honorees and families of these gifts will be notified of your generosity.
You can always indicate a specific purpose for your gift, such as “Children’s Services,” “Adult Client Assistance Program,” “Teen Social Skills Group,” or any other specific area you would like to designate. If you choose to make your contribution using our secure online giving form, please indicate your designation. If you would like to send a check, please specify your designation in the memo line of the check.
Planned gifts offer a variety of benefits to you, as well as to Quality Life Concepts. They are not only a critical source of funds for individuals with disabilities, but they also provide you with the opportunity to define your legacy. With a little planning and creativity, your assets can be used to maximize your personal benefit, while providing for the future of Quality Life Concepts and the people we serve.
