Home-Based Services currently provides support to developmentally disabled children, children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder, and their families. The mission of the Home-Based Services Division is to support children with developmental needs and their families in the home and community by promoting and empowering families. Our goal is to help the child and family to become as independent as possible, for as long as possible. The Home-Based Services Division is committed to providing quality services to children and families in Region II, which is comprised of nine counties in Central Montana that include Cascade, Toole, Glacier, Pondera, Chouteau, Hill, Liberty, Teton, and Blaine counties. Offices for Children’s Services are located in Havre and Great Falls.
With the commitment of providing quality services comes a responsibility to ensure that all professionals providing direct services to children in our Children’s Waiver Services (CWS) and their families are competent professionals who meet the state’s highest standard for certification as a Family Support Specialist.
Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) staff is nationally certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and licensed by the Montana Board of Psychologists. This includes any Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) that are employed by Quality Life Concepts.
